Festival of lights

Chioggia is preparing to end the summer with an unprecedented event.
The Festival of Lights will be an opportunity for citizens and tourists to experience Chioggia in a new, exciting, sustainable and visually extraordinary dimension. The show will last approximately 15 minutes, as technology allows.
Three hundred luminous drones will dance above the Lusenzo Lagoon and Isola dell’Unione in a breathtaking show of lights, sounds and colours that will transform the sky into a veritable open-air theatre.
An immersive, exciting experience that combines technology and nature in a unique setting.
From 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the event’s soundtrack will be provided by a professional DJ: DJ M.A.D.R.A.S.
From 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., a series of artists will take to the stage, making the wait truly explosive.
A succession of artists will engage the audience with music, free gadgets and performances by professional dancers. On stage we will have: RADIO PITER PAN – THE RADIO SHOW The show preceding the Drone Show will last approximately 90 minutes.
From 11.15 p.m., DJ M.A.D.R.A.S. will be in charge of the music until midnight. The evening will also feature: FOOD & DRINK MARKETS
The Festival is part of the project “Venice and its lagoon: management and enhancement of tourist flows”, co-financed by the Ministry of Tourism and promoted by the municipalities of Chioggia, Venice and Mira, with the Municipality of Venice as the lead partner.
